To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item. We offer a hassle-free return policy for any items that do not meet your expectations. You can return your purchase within 7 days of the delivery date for full credit (minus shipping fees). Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to post. Please note that castilaco.com will not cover any return shipping or insurance fees. We recommend that you insure your returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
