Return Policy
General Returns

Eligibility: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Label: If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Resolution: Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full credit (minus shipping fees). Allow up to 7 business days for the refund to post.

Return shipping and insurance fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend insuring your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

Exchange Policy

How to Exchange: The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order.

Process: Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and include it with the returned item. Items must be in new, unused condition with all documents included. We reserve the right to refuse items that are not in a resalable condition.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging—and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
